Jon comes by his entrepreneurial drive naturally — he grew up in a family of business owners, from his parents' self-employed ventures to his grandfather's warehousing company in La Crosse. 

That early exposure to what it takes to build and run a business shapes how he approaches his work at Madison Webworks today.

As a Business Development Representative, Jon connects with business owners across the region, helping them discover marketing solutions — from websites to Google Business Profile optimization — that help their companies grow. 

He thrives on building genuine relationships, one conversation at a time.

Outside the office, Jon enjoys staying active outdoors, bringing the same energy and drive to his personal life as he does to helping local businesses succeed.

He graduated from high school early, completing his senior year halfway through the school year while also earning 16 college credits.

Growing up with both parents as business owners gave him an early appreciation for hard work, entrepreneurship, and customer service.

Jon enjoys meeting new people and building relationships, making him a natural fit for a customer-focused environment. Outside of work, he has a wide variety of interests, including cars and trucks, fishing, hunting, golf, working out, basketball, football, and baseball. His broad range of interests makes it easy for him to connect and find common ground with people from all walks of life.
